PSC users losing employment quick actions and regaining after a few days.

Hi Team,

Every day, someone from our PSC team loses employment Quick actions such as Employment Info, Transfer, Promote, and Change Salary under My Client Group, and users regains those actions after some days without any action from us. This issue occurs only for PSC users and in the production instance. The users currently have custom roles with all required privileges. Could you please let us know if anyone aware of this issue.
