Huge number of artifacts in the document repository when taking a snapshot from migration

Hello all,

We migrated by mistake a demo env to our test env, demo env was having a lot of document repository (reports and others).

I went to explore repository and I saw these huge list there, I've delete it and I was expecting that the number of document repository will now decrease, however when I'm taking a backup, document repository is taking too long and I'm still seeing around 70k artifacts, which are supposed to be deleted.

So now nothing in explore repository, however when taking a backup i can still see it like the screenshot below:

I tried to drop the application and then re-import it again, but still no luck.
