Redwood Missing Comment Box from All Transactions
Hi,
We recently moved to Redwood at the 25C patch. We noticed the Comment and Attachment boxes are gone. The section itself is there, but the boxes are missing. The approval rule is turned on. This is happening to all transactions that has Comment/Attachments box. We re-ran all the required scheduled process for Redwood and checked the profile options and they all looked fine.
We checked VBS too, and they are all marked as Visible and Required. We tried turning off Redwood and the Comment boxes came back. We tried using just the seeded HR Analyst/HR Specialist data roles, but that didn't help. BPM setup is also default to visible. Anyone experiencing the same and have a solution?
