"End Assignment" action not in dropdown under Change Assignment transaction

Summary:

From Change Assignment quick action, selected a SECONDARY (Non-Primary) Assignment. Entered the Change Date and observe that the Action field has doesn't show End Assignment as a valid value.

If I pick the same assignment in Classic or Responsive UI, I'm able to see "End Assignment" in the Action field.
