Requisition line is split with the same project info, the distributions are different charge account

Summary:

We had a user who saved a charge account in preferences, they then went to each line and split it with the same project information. However, on different lines it is showing the incorrect charge account. It should be 2130-21301013010-6290100-000-0000-0000 and not 2130-21301013010-2900100-000-0000-0000.
