Hi Everyone If we are doing Move to HR for a candidate how to add their work emails

Summary:

Hi Everyone If we are doing Move to HR for a candidate how their users will be created if their work emails are blank ?How do personal emails will be updated in person record for work emails.

we have large volume of pending where users created but with firstname.lastname and blank email in security console so is there any way we can automate the flow from ORC to person record and feed it to security console with hdl or anything? or simply add emails in security console and update username with it with hdl or extract?
