Build BI Report on Contact Deduplication CX Sales

On our instance there are around 20000 duplicate contacts so we want to build a report on Contact Duplication data. Same report output will be send to business for approval so we will merge them or delete them,

In report we need columns - 'Party Number Contact' !! First Name !! Last Name !! Email Id !! Account Party Number Linked (May be Null also) !! Address Contact

Please help to build this report on Contact Duplication.
