How monthly buckets in oracle fusion supply planning works?

Summary:

i am running a constrained supply plan and have supply planning buckets an MONTHLY and Number of buckets are 2 and my forecast consumption type is also monthly using gregorian calendar.

I have entered 2 external forecasts for finished good item on 2025/11/20 and 2025/12/25 for 2000MT but in system output only forecast system showing is 2000MT on 2025/11/30.
