Data maps between Model and Cube

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to connect, using a Data Map on PBCS (version 25.10.76), a model (source) to a cube (target).
While mapping the dimensions, I’m running into an issue with the Time dimension: in the model I have a single mixed dimension (e.g. 2013, Jan14, Feb14...), while in the cube I’ve created there are two separate dimensions — Period (Jan, Feb, etc.) and Year (FY14, FY15, etc.).

Is there any way to handle this through a Data Map?
Could I solve it with some small adjustments?
What’s the best approach to make this connection work?
