Editing Disciplinary Action

Hello,
Currently, if a disciplinary action form is edited after its initial creation, the system does not allow generating an updated version of the disciplinary action document. Document generation is only permitted once, at the time the form is first created.

As a result, any changes or corrections made to the form after initial creation — such as updates to the incident description, corrective actions, or supporting details — are not reflected in the generated document.

Is there a way where Disciplinary Actions template be regenerated upon editing the form?
