How to enable Urdu in Local Name Language List Of Values

Hi All,

We want to enable Urdu language in the Local Name List of Values.

I have enabled the following profile option but in the List of Values Urdu Language is not available.

''HR_LOCAL_OR_GLOBAL_NAME_FORMAT''

Is there any Language pack or something which i have to enable.
