25C Future dates BPAs are defaulting based on the requisition delivery date which is incorrect.

When we create requisition from Maximo interface or create the requisition using "Enter Requisition Line" form if item and Req delivery date is matching with BPA effectivity dates its showing in the LOV and defaulting on the Maximo approver PR in Oracle fusion, which is incorrect whereas BPA approved by supplier for specific start and end date which is future date but we are creating PR and PO with future delivery date and supplier is not accepting the PO to provide item with negotiated prices which is starting next month.

Example : BPA=XXXXX start date=01-Nov-2025 and End date=31-Oct-2025
