SUBJECT_ID context in HRQ_QSTNR_PARTICIPANTS in case of use for Feedback Center

Hello,

I'm building BIP report which should show Feedbacks from Feedback center where customer uses the questionnaire. I have SQL which returns me all questions and answers but I have multiplication caused by SUBJECT_ID in table HRQ_QSTNR_PARTICIPANTS.

I would like to ask what is reference of the column name SUBJECT_ID in HRQ_QSTNR_PARTICIPANTS table in case of use questionnaire in Feedback Center. I tried to check HRA_FEEDBACK.. tables but with no success (I also tried Evaluation, Performance Doc Template). This column cause me the duplication in my BIP report. I use BIP report and not OTBI because the customer wants specific format of the columns in excel report (Question1, Drop down Answer1, Question2, Dropdown Answer2, Question 3, Text Field Answer 3 …) and for some reason I cannot see answers for one test employee even the answers
