Is it possible to display an HCM EFF on Job Applications?

We have an EFF in HCM to identify if an employee is at risk of redundancy. The EFF shows on the candidate profile for the employee, but doesn't show on job applications, which is where we need it to be visible to recruiters.

Is there any way to get this to show on the application itself? I have tried via computed fields but as the data is held in HCM rather than recruit I don't think this is possible.
