Human Capital Management - Transaction Administration Real Time subject area not working

Summary:

We have a report reuqirement to fetch all workflow transactions whether completed or failed, and for failed transactions we need to populate th eissue title, issule description and resolution fields as well.

We tried to use the Human Capital Management - Transaction Administration Real Time subject area to get the required information.

But this subject area is returning multiple rows for a failed transaction where as in the work transaction we can see only one issue is tagged to the transaction.

But the subject area is returning all the issue types for the corresponding fault code instead it should only return the issue type of the transaction.
