Addition of Resource in Forecast

When I try add myself to a project task as a resource in the edit forecast page.  I get the following error message: "An Element with this combination of resource and resource type is already defined in this resource breakdown structure (PJF-2235028)"

I can confirm that I am not already in the WBS.  I also can add others to the forecast without the error.
