How to create Order based user defined exceptions in Oracle supply planning

Summary:

The customer is currently using ASCP. They are looking forward to implement Cloud SP. One of the key feature we are exploring is to use user-defined exceptions to track the PO which are late and pegged to Sales Orders. Number of Sales Order which are late by a certain number of days.

We want to build some KPI and graphs using these exceptions. Currently I do not see an option to create a Order based user defined exception.

I need to have a confirmation that does Oracle Cloud Supply Planning supports user-defined order based exception or not. OR we can create only measure based user defined exceptions
