Requisition Still Appearing in Buyer Pool After BPA Creation

Hi,

I have created a requisition and processed Requisition into a new negotiation, from which a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) was successfully created. However, the original purchase requisition still appears in the “Process Requisitions” buyer pool.

Our requirement is that once a requisition has been converted into a BPA, it should no longer appear in the buyer pool. Could you please help clarify the reason this is happening?

Additionally, please advise if there is a way to remove the requisition from the buyer pool once the BPA is created, and how we can effectively track the requisition within the BPA.
