Remove manually added role after certain duration

Summary:

Hi

We have one use case to remove manually added role to user after certain duration . Can anyone please help if this condition is achievable.

Use case

HR received request from employee to provide expense role for submitting expense

Expense role added by HR manually to employee should be valid only for one week after that the role should be removed from employee user account .

Please let me know if this above functionality is feasible .
