What privilege removes ‘Include in Autoconversion’?

Community indicated that removal of both Run Autoconvert Pending Workers Process (PER_AUTO_CONVERT_PWKS_PRIV) and PER_MANAGE_AUTOCONVERSION_ELIGIBILITY_PRIV would address.  

PER_MANAGE_AUTOCONVERSION_ELIGIBILITY_PRIV does not exist in security console.  Will the missing privilege exist in 25D? Are these the correct privileges to remove?
