Member Formula Works in Test but Not Production

In our tracker dimension, we have some historical data that is sitting outside our "Closing Balance" (CB) rollup in No Tracker. I added a new member under CB and used the member formula below to pull in the historical data. This worked as expected in our test environment.

However, it isn't working now that I added it to production. The new member is set up the same and there are no restrictions/security/valid intersections on our Tracker dimension.

What else could I be missing?
