GL History Prior to Jan for some year is missing from GL inquiries and SmartView reports

in General Ledger & Intercompany

Summary:

The GL data for transactions and balances prior to Jan 24 is not visible in system. The system returns no data when running a smart view report or when doing a GL Inquiry online. The data is visible when running an OTBI report for the same periods that are not visible in Smart view or online.
