Unable to default the DFF value on the self service purchase requisition line level field

Summary:

We are trying to default the DFF value on the self service purchase requisition line level field using redwood page personalization. We created new rule and tried modifying existing rule but this defaulting is not working but at the same time the read only condition is working.

Need inputs on this is someone had already faced and resolved such kind of issue.
