Multi Factor Authentication ( MFA) for supplier portal in Oracle cloud

Hi,

We are following this blog to setup MFA for supplier.

We have defined domain and application in IAM , Imported the metadata into Oracle fusion application.

In oracle fusion application → security Console —> Single Sign on —> <new Identity Provider>, when we test the identity provider in the "Diagnostics and Activation", Test button, we receive MFA code.

But after entering the code , we receive this error.

Can someone guide on how to resolve this.
