Allowlisting for design and run time should be separate. Currently, we cannot control IP-based allowlisting separately for the console and for calling APIs at runtime.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

The IP ranges from where admins should be able to access the OIC console are quite different from the IP ranges where our integrating systems are located. It does not seem logical that these two are administered in the same place and affect each other - especially when there's a total limit of only 15 CIDR ranges.
