How to filter candidates sourced from career fair/candidate pool on a requisition?

We need to filter candidates sourced from career fair/candidate pool on a requisition, but there is no filtering available at the time. Is there a way to add one?

There are no filters on the requisition to sort by pool. Can we add via VB?
We can also use tags for filtering, but there is no way to add tags to all candidates on the pool at once, also, it would be helpful to know which pool the candidate belongs to. Please advise.
