Understanding OOB Lease Asset Calculation with IFRS16 enabled

Hi,

I came across an issue with the capital planning module with respect to lease planning with IFRS 16 enabled

When I create a lease (for e.g. 4 year lease with 40000 lease payment on annual basis), the system is not calculating the rent expense & Estimated Asset Value at End . Also when I input Rent Free periods for some months , then re-calculate the lease asset - I do not see the PV of the asset getting less . Does anyone know what may be causing this calculation error?
