Set default access to latest Legal Entity record

Within the Legal Entity HCM Information quick action (in the Workforce Structure app), if you search for a Legal Entity and click on the name to enter the specific record for that Legal Entity, you are not automatically directed to the most recent record but to one of the historical records (see attached docx file for more details). Instead, when you access a Legal Entity record, you should be taken by default to the last active record for that Legal Entity so that you can see the most up-to-date version possible and then access past splits from the History section.
