How can we store a BI Report (PDF) in the Document of Records without using HCM Extracts?

Summary:


We have configured a journey for Associates in which they receive a document as part of their task allocation. When an Associate is assigned a task, a corresponding journey task is triggered. To complete this task, the Associate is required to input specific values such as Signer Name and Comments. Upon submission, the document—containing all the input values provided during the task—is expected to be stored in the Document of Records.

Currently, we are using a BI Report to generate this document in PDF format. While we are able to view the data successfully when running the report, the document is not being stored in the Document of Records as intended.
