While creating requisition for short contracts is it possible to proceed without prescreening

Hi Team,

We have a request, while creating a requisition for very short contracts is it possible to receive a contract for services without having to complete the prescreening questions whereas for other candidates they require to complete the prescreening questions and then proceed with their offer.

Can we set up two scenarios.

1. A candidate applies using a private link, they are not required to answer pre screening questions, and receive a(new template) contract for services. On receipt of the accepted contract for services, no follow up emails is sent and the candidate is ready to move to pending worker.
