Role Run Spend Analysis for Supplier

Summary:

We are facing small issue to fetch Run Spend Analysis for Supplier, as we need privileges to run the same, I tried to add 

Generate Supplier Spend Analysis directly to user but not able to tried creating custom role and add at privilege level still not able to it shows below message.
