Make the “Contract End Date” field mandatory based on the selected Contract Type

Summary:

During the hiring process, under the Contract Info section, we would like to make the “Contract End Date” field mandatory only when specific Contract Types are selected. Currently, this field appears as optional for all contract types. However, in our business process, certain contract types for example for specific countries it requires an end date, while others do not.
Is there a way to configure or conditionally control the mandatory status of the Contract End Date field in Oracle HCM so that it becomes mandatory only for specific contract types and countries?
