Recruiting - Candidate Search Filter Combining Multiple Certificate Template Sections

We ran into something unexpected during testing in Recruiting standalone and wanted to confirm if this is expected behavior or a configuration limitation.

When searching candidates using the License and Certificate filter, we noticed that values from multiple Talent Profile sections—each built using the Certificate template—are being combined into one filter list. Specifically, we saw entries from:

External Certifications (which our custom label is Licenses and Certifications)

Company Certifications

Development Programs

On the Talent Profile side, these are three distinct sections with separate lists of values and visibility/edit permissions. However, in Recruiting, they appear to be
