Eloqua forms - how to report on the checkbox submission data

Summary:

When I develop an insights form submission report, the field values for checkboxes show as ''on'' instead of the actual field selected.

Also shows as ''on'' in the form submission notification. Can this be changed to the actual content of the checkbox selected?
