When you edit a role in security console you can add roles/privileges in steps 'Function Security Policies' and 'Role Hierarchy'.

Do you generally add duty roles in 'Function Security Policies' and privileges/aggregate privileges in 'Role Hierarchy' as sometimes they have the same name and can be added to either so want to know the best practice ?
