AI Agent - Update Time Card on Excel Input

According to the 25D release notes for HCM – Time and Labor and Absence Management, it should now be possible to create timecards through AI Agents by uploading an Excel file.

However, we haven’t been able to find additional information or documentation about the setup for this functionality. In the demo video, it’s mentioned that the Excel file must be uploaded in Tools. Does this mean that each individual user who wants to create timecards via Excel must first upload the file within the AI Agent setup, then retrieve the document ID, and finally create the timecard via the AI chat?
