How to Integrate DocuSign with ORC for Job Offer Letter Approval Process

We have a customer requirement where we’re looking to integrate DocuSign with ORC to streamline the Job Offer Letter approval process. The goal is for the Job Offer Letter to be raised by the respective Talent Acquisition specialist, who would then sign the letter using DocuSign before it proceeds for approval.

Requirements:

• The TA specialist should raise the Job Offer Letter in ORC.
• Once the Job Offer Letter is raised, DocuSign should trigger automatically to request the TA specialist's signature.
• The Job Offer Letter should not be submitted for approval until the TA specialist has signed it via DocuSign.
