Does anyone know if the Oracle keeps an audit log for prompts within Oracle Cloud Performance?

hi everyone, I'm in need of support/guidance regarding the  assistant available within Oracle cloud performance when providing feedback to an employee.  Does anyone know if the Oracle keeps an audit log for prompts?  My client's concerns is that if unvarnished comments about individuals are retained, this is an employment/DSAR concern.  Does anyone have experience or knowledge on this?  thank you
