Why is the job requisition info not locked for update when approval is in progress
Summary:
When a job requisition is submitted and the approval is in progress, the hiring manager/recruiter are still able to update the details in the job requisition.
Scenario :- We have 3 levels of approval, and suppose the requisition is already approved by the 1st approver. Then the hiring manager/recruiter updates the number of openings in the requisition details, the details are not resent for the approval from beginning and thus the 1st approver is completely unaware of the change.
Shouldn't the details be locked for any kind of update during the approval.
