is it possible to repeat 2nd grid to show on the continues pages?

Summary:

i have a 2nd grid as a 3 line footnote. is it possible for this grid to repeat on all pages of the report? the report has 8 pages. it's only showing on page 1 once. this is to replace the conditional suppression that is currently not working within the main grid.
