Project Currency rate in Project Costs FBDI

Summary:

We are migrating project costs from EBS to Cloud. Our Project Currency is USD but ledger currency is the local currency. The FBDI doesn't have columns for project currency conversion rate. The costs are getting rejected with missing rate. We don't want to use the Daily Rates in GL and provide the user rate for Project Currency conversion. How can we do that?
