Can we Create a Deeplink for Manage Invoices, Manage Payments Application Pages?

Summary:

We’re trying to create a custom page entry that provides quick access to commonly used pages such as Manage Invoices and Manage Payments (in this business requirement). While the system has a system of seeded deeplinks (accessed through Navigator > Tools > Deeplinks), they don’t cover the specific pages we need. Is it possible to create custom deeplinks, or how can Oracle expose additional deeplinks?

For example, there is a seeded deeplink with access straight to Manage Receipts page under Procurement. We are looking for something similar in Payables for Manage Invoices and Manage Payments.
