Restriction on Offer Letter

Hi all,

We want to restrict the Offer Letters based on Divisions.

We have created 3 different divisions, each divisions TA is responsible for Managing their Offers only. While creating offers, the offer letter tab is showing all Active offer letters. How can we restrict this?
