Unable to Sync Candidate Education Details to Employee Talent Profile

We have a requirement to synchronize university and institute data entered by candidates during the job application process with their Talent Profile once they are hired. Currently, when a candidate applies for a job requisition, they can add their educational qualifications under the education section in the external career site. However, we are unable to sync these education details into the corresponding employee’s Talent Profile after hiring.

Has anyone implemented a similar requirement or found a feasible workaround to achieve this synchronization? Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
