Roll-up cost is being applied only to work definitions with Production Priority 1 in Cost Scenario

Summary:

Dear Experts

We have 10-15 Work definitions for each Assembly. While defining Cost scenario, Assembly item and Work definition filed was left blank but Roll-up cost is being applied only to work definitions which has Production Priority 1 for Manufacturing Assemblies.

Expectation is Cost roll up should happen for all Work definitions as we are not mentioning any Assembly item or Work definition while creating Cost scenario
