How do i control when the assessment request to AlvaLabs gets triggered

Summary:

We have set up the integration with AlvaLabs for assessment questions during Candidate application to Job Requisitions, but the requests to AlvaLabs triggers immediately when Candidate applies for the Job instead of when Recruiter decides to initiate the request.

When creating the Job Requisition, on the "Assessment" page (we use Redwood) we can setup the connection to the integrated assessment provider, in our case AlvaLabs. Then we have the choice to decide if the request should be for internally posted req's and what kind of "question package" the Candidate should answer, and/or for externally posted req's.
