According to the Oracle documentation, a specific URL format is required (https://<POD>.fa.<data center ID>.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/FuseWelcome); however, we found that using the standard web URL also works as below:

fa.<data center ID>.oraclecloud.com
http://<POD>.fa.<data center ID>.oraclecloud.com
