Is it possible to configure emails in the content library that contain images that link to URLs?

Summary:

We want to configure a simple way to ask candidates for feedback where they receive an automated email that requires them to provide a rating, by simply clicking on a star rating, which we can record.

Is it possible to add images e.g. stars which link to unique URLs where we can capture their responses. This would allow them to click on the star rating they feel is applicable which we can record.

Our current setup for candidate surveys is not getting much response, so we are looking for the simplest possible solution that requires the fewest number of clicks from the candidate.
