We need to hide certain tasks under Search Dropdown list within Supplier Portal

Summary: When logging into the Supplier Portal and we go to the Search drop down list, we see the following options listed.

• Orders
• Agreements
• Invoices
• Payments
• Negotiations
• Negotiation Responses
• Questionnaires

Our Requirement:

We want to hide the tasks Orders, Agreements, Negotiations and Negotiation Responses and only display the tasks Invoices, Payments and Questionnaires. We also have the following roles assigned:

Supplier Accounts Receivable Specialist

Supplier Sales Representative

Supplier Self Service Administrator

Question: What setup or role do we need to perform to hide the tasks Orders, Agreements, Negotiations and Negotiation Responses from the Search drop down list. Please reference the uploaded screen shot for further details.
