We have a requirement where we need to create PR/PO for long term contracts which span across multiple years. Since future periods are not open and control budgets are not loaded, user is unable to create PR for the full contract value. To resolve this, we are exploring a scenario where user will create PR for the first year amount and in the negotiation stage, we will negotiate for the whole contract amount by adjusting the negotiation line amount. Once Negotiation is completed and Purchase document is created, user will adjust the quantity/amount of the PO for the first year
